Quality Containers at Unbeatable Prices
Buy IBC Totes
We sell quality-inspected used and reconditioned IBC totes at 40-70% less than new. Every container in our inventory has been visually inspected, pressure-tested, and graded so you know exactly what you are getting. From single units to full truckloads, we have the stock and the pricing to keep your operation running without overspending.

What We Offer
Our inventory spans the full range of IBC tote types, sizes, and conditions. If it exists in the IBC world, we likely have it in stock or can source it within days.
Standard 275-Gallon Totes
The industry workhorse. 275-gallon (1,040-liter) HDPE bottle seated in a tubular galvanized steel cage, mounted on a standard 48" x 40" pallet. Available in grades A through C. Grade A units show minimal wear with clean bottles and straight cages. Grade B may have minor scuffing or slight discoloration. Grade C totes are structurally sound but show visible use marks — ideal for non-cosmetic applications like water storage or agricultural use.
330-Gallon Totes
The larger-format 330-gallon (1,250-liter) IBC for operations that need extra capacity without increasing footprint. Same 48" x 48" pallet base, taller bottle. Common in chemical processing, beverage concentrate storage, and large-scale agriculture. We carry these in both used and reconditioned conditions, though availability can be more limited than the 275-gallon units.
Food-Grade IBC Totes
Previously used for food-safe products like corn syrup, vegetable oil, fruit juice concentrate, or food-grade glycerin. Each food-grade tote we sell has been triple-rinsed and sanitized using FDA-compliant processes. We track previous contents to ensure compatibility with your intended use. Perfect for beverage manufacturers, farms, and food processing facilities looking for significant cost savings.
Reconditioned Totes
Our reconditioned IBC totes get the full treatment: the old HDPE bottle is removed, the steel cage is inspected and repaired if needed, a brand-new bottle is installed (rebottling), new valve and cap are fitted, and the unit is pressure-tested. The result is a tote that performs like new at roughly half the price. Each reconditioned unit carries our quality guarantee.
New IBC Totes (Limited)
We do carry a limited stock of brand-new IBC totes for applications that specifically require virgin containers — pharmaceutical manufacturing, certain food applications, or operations with strict compliance requirements that mandate new packaging. Contact us for current availability and lead times on new units.
Specialty & Custom
Need a specific valve type (butterfly, ball, or camlock)? Looking for a composite IBC with a steel outer and poly inner? Require UN-rated containers for hazmat transport? We source specialty totes for unique requirements. Our network of suppliers across the Southeast and beyond means we can typically locate hard-to-find configurations.
Grade Comparison: A vs. B vs. C
Every IBC tote in our inventory is assigned a condition grade after inspection. Understanding the differences helps you choose the right grade for your application and budget.

Volume Discounts
Bulk Pricing That Scales With You
Our pricing is structured to reward volume. The more totes you buy, the lower your per-unit cost. We work with everyone from small farms buying 5 totes to industrial distributors ordering hundreds per month.
Exact pricing depends on tote type, condition grade, quantity, and delivery location. Request a quote for your specific needs.
Volume Discount Tiers
The more you order, the more you save. Here is how our tiered pricing rewards volume buyers across all grade levels.
Our Quality Guarantee
We do not just sell containers — we stake our reputation on them. Every IBC tote that leaves our facility has passed a multi-point inspection process.
Visual Inspection
Every tote is checked for cracks, UV degradation, discoloration, and structural damage to both the HDPE bottle and steel cage.
Pressure Testing
Each unit undergoes a fill-and-hold pressure test to verify there are no leaks at seams, the valve seat, or anywhere along the bottle wall.
Valve & Cap Check
Valve operation is tested for smooth open/close. Gaskets are inspected. Damaged valves are replaced before the tote ships.
Grading & Label
Each tote receives a condition grade (A, B, or C) and a label noting previous contents, inspection date, and tote specifications.
Not satisfied? We will make it right.
If any tote arrives in a condition different from what was described or fails to perform as expected, contact us within 7 days. We will replace it or refund your purchase — no questions asked. We have been doing this long enough to know that trust is everything in this business.

Complex or specialty orders may take 48 hours as we check with our sourcing network.

Once you approve the quote, we send an invoice. We accept company checks, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and major credit cards. Net-30 terms are available for established business accounts with approved credit. Payment triggers order processing immediately. For first-time buyers, payment is due before shipment unless credit terms have been arranged.
Inspection, Staging, and Prep
Our warehouse team pulls your totes from inventory and runs final quality checks on each unit. We verify the grade matches what was quoted, test valves, check for any issues that may have developed since the initial grading, and stage the order for loading. We can send photos of your specific totes before they ship if you want visual confirmation. Any unit that does not meet grade at this stage gets swapped out.

Reconditioned Tote Warranty
All reconditioned (rebottled) totes carry a 90-day structural warranty. If a reconditioned tote develops a leak or structural issue within 90 days that is not caused by misuse, chemical incompatibility, or physical damage, we replace the tote at no charge.
Easy Returns Process
Need to return totes? Contact us within the warranty period with your order number and a description of the issue. For defective units, we arrange pickup at our expense and ship replacements immediately. Seasonal Buying Guide
IBC tote demand fluctuates throughout the year. Strategic timing can save you money and ensure you get the grade and quantity you need.
Spring (Mar-May)
Agriculture ramps up. Farmers, nurseries, and irrigation suppliers stock totes for the growing season. Prices tend to be at their peak, and food-grade totes move fastest. Order early in February to lock in inventory before the spring rush.
Summer (Jun-Aug)
Sustained demand from agriculture and outdoor construction projects. HDPE can become softer in extreme heat, so store totes out of direct sun. Summer is a great time to buy Grade C totes for rainwater collection and irrigation at lower per-unit costs.
Fall (Sep-Nov)
Agricultural demand drops after harvest. Supply increases as food processors and manufacturers clear out end-of-season containers. This is the best time to buy in bulk at the lowest per-unit prices. We often see our largest inventory volumes in October and November.
Winter (Dec-Feb)
Demand is lowest in winter, especially in northern states. Prices are competitive and inventory is strong. Be aware that HDPE becomes more rigid in cold temperatures, so avoid dropping empty totes on hard surfaces. Ideal time for businesses to pre-stock for the spring season at fall pricing.

Customer Success Stories
Real businesses that switched to used and reconditioned IBC totes and saw measurable results.
Agriculture
Mid-Size Organic Farm — Eastern NC
A 200-acre organic vegetable farm needed 80 IBC totes for fertigation and rainwater collection across their greenhouse operation. Previously they were buying new totes at $280 each, spending over $22,000 annually on containers that sat outdoors and degraded within 2-3 seasons. They switched to our Grade B and Grade C totes at an average of $95 per unit, cutting their annual container spend to under $8,000. With the savings, they invested in drip irrigation upgrades that increased their water efficiency by 30%. Three years later, they are on a recurring quarterly order with us and have never had a tote failure.

Food & Beverage
Regional Beverage Manufacturer — Georgia
A craft beverage company producing flavored waters and teas needed food-grade IBC totes for ingredient storage — specifically for corn syrup and fruit concentrates. New food-grade totes were running $350+ each, and they needed 120 per year. We supplied them with Grade A reconditioned food-grade totes at $150 each, saving them $24,000 annually. Each tote came with FDA-compliant cleaning documentation and known previous-content history (all food-grade). Their quality assurance team audited our cleaning process and approved our totes for their production line without any modifications.

Chemical Manufacturing
Industrial Cleaning Products Company — Virginia
A manufacturer of commercial cleaning solutions was burning through 200+ IBC totes annually for product blending and distribution. They were buying new totes exclusively because they assumed used containers would contaminate their products. After touring our facility and seeing our reconditioning process firsthand, they ran a pilot with 25 reconditioned totes. Lab tests confirmed zero cross-contamination. They now purchase 100% of their tote inventory from us — a mix of Grade A and reconditioned units — saving over $35,000 per year while reducing their company's plastic waste footprint.

Construction & Landscaping
Landscaping Contractor — South Carolina
A large commercial landscaping company needed portable water storage for remote job sites where municipal water connections were unavailable. They were renting 500-gallon water tanks at $150/week per unit. By purchasing 15 Grade C IBC totes from us at $65 each, they spent $975 total and eliminated over $45,000 in annual rental costs. The totes travel from job site to job site on their flatbed trucks, handle rough terrain and forklift abuse, and have been in service for over two years with no failures. They recently ordered 10 more for their expanding operation.

Why Buy Used IBC Totes?
A new 275-gallon IBC tote costs anywhere from $200 to $400+ depending on specs. A quality used tote with years of life left delivers the same performance at a fraction of that. Here is why thousands of businesses across America are switching to used and reconditioned containers:
- ✓Cost savings of 40-70% versus buying new with zero compromise on function
- ✓HDPE plastic is incredibly durable — a well-maintained tote lasts 5-10+ years across multiple use cycles
- ✓Steel cages protect the bottle and maintain structural integrity even after repeated use
- ✓You reduce plastic manufacturing demand, saving approximately 75 lbs of virgin HDPE per tote
- ✓Reconditioning uses 85% less energy than producing a brand-new container from raw materials
- ✓Reconditioned totes with new bottles are virtually indistinguishable from factory-new in performance

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Grade A, B, and C totes?
Grade A totes are in excellent condition with clean bottles, minimal cage wear, and no significant cosmetic issues. They previously held non-staining, non-hazardous products. Grade B totes are fully functional with some cosmetic imperfections such as light discoloration, minor scuffs, or label residue. Grade C totes are structurally sound and leak-free but show more visible wear — they are best for applications where appearance does not matter, like rainwater collection or agricultural use. All grades pass the same pressure and leak testing, so the difference is cosmetic and related to previous contents, not structural integrity.
Can I use a used IBC tote for drinking water?
We strongly recommend using only food-grade totes that previously held potable or food-safe products for any drinking water application. Even then, the tote should be thoroughly cleaned. Our food-grade totes come from known food-industry sources and are sanitized before sale. For permanent potable water storage, a new or reconditioned tote with a virgin HDPE bottle is the safest choice. We always disclose previous contents so you can make an informed decision about suitability for your specific use case.
How long does a used IBC tote last?
HDPE has excellent UV and chemical resistance. A quality used tote stored properly (out of direct prolonged sunlight when not in use) can last another 5 to 10 years easily. The steel cage essentially lasts indefinitely unless severely corroded. The most common end-of-life component is the valve gasket, which is a simple and inexpensive replacement. Many of our customers report using Grade A and Grade B totes for 6-8 years after purchase with no issues beyond routine gasket swaps.
Do you offer recurring supply agreements?
Yes. Many of our customers have standing monthly or quarterly orders. We can lock in pricing, reserve inventory, and schedule regular deliveries so you never run short. This is particularly popular with farms, chemical blenders, and beverage companies that go through totes on a predictable cycle. Recurring agreements come with dedicated account management, priority inventory allocation during high-demand periods, and the best volume pricing we offer.
What were the totes previously used for?
We track and disclose previous contents for every tote we sell. Common previous uses include food ingredients (corn syrup, vegetable oil, juice concentrate), soaps and detergents, non-hazardous chemicals, and water treatment products. We do not sell totes that previously held hazardous materials for general reuse — those go through our recycling program instead. If you have specific compatibility requirements for your product, tell us and we will match you with totes from appropriate previous-use categories.
Can I visit your facility to inspect totes before buying?
Absolutely. Our Charlotte, NC facility at 5809 Long Creek Park Dr, Charlotte, NC 28269 is open for customer visits during business hours. Call ahead to schedule a time and we will have the types of totes you are interested in staged for you to inspect. Many of our local and regional customers prefer to hand-pick their totes in person. We welcome facility tours so you can see our grading, cleaning, and reconditioning processes firsthand.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept company checks, ACH direct deposit, wire transfers, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For first-time business buyers, payment is due before shipment. Established accounts can apply for net-30 payment terms with approved credit. For large recurring orders, we also offer net-45 terms by arrangement. All invoices are sent electronically and we provide receipts and documentation suitable for business accounting and tax purposes.
Do you sell IBC tote accessories and replacement parts?
Yes, we stock a range of IBC tote accessories and replacement parts. This includes 2-inch butterfly valves, ball valves, camlock adapters, replacement gaskets, 6-inch screw caps, dust covers, cap gaskets, and tote covers for UV protection. We also carry tote heater blankets for cold-weather applications and tote mixers for products that require agitation. Parts can be purchased individually or bundled with tote orders. If you need a specific fitting or adapter, let us know and we can usually source it within a few days.
Are your used totes UN-rated for hazardous materials transport?
Some of our used totes retain their original UN31HA1 or UN31HZ1 certification markings. However, UN ratings have expiration dates and specific retest requirements that vary by jurisdiction and the type of material being transported. We do not guarantee that used totes will pass current UN certification for hazmat transport unless specifically noted. If you require UN-rated containers for shipping hazardous materials, contact us and we can source certified units or point you to our reconditioned totes that carry current UN markings. Always verify UN rating validity with your compliance team before using any container for hazmat transport.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. We sell single totes to individuals and small businesses all the way up to full truckloads for industrial operations. That said, the per-unit economics improve significantly at higher volumes due to both volume discounts and more efficient freight costs. A single tote shipped LTL will have a higher all-in cost per unit than 56 totes shipped FTL. For very small orders of 1-3 totes, local pickup from our Charlotte facility is often the most cost-effective option since it eliminates freight charges entirely.
