Valves

Caps & Lids
Secure your IBC tote contents with the right cap. We carry fill caps for the top opening and dust caps for the bottom valve, in multiple materials and venting configurations.
- ▸Screw Caps (6" & 8")— Standard threaded fill caps in polypropylene. Available with or without tamper-evident seals.
- ▸Dust Caps— Protect the discharge valve from contamination during storage and transport. Snap-on and threaded styles.
- ▸Vented Caps— Allow air exchange to prevent vacuum collapse during dispensing. Essential for gravity-feed systems and temperature-sensitive liquids.

Adapters & Fittings
Connect your IBC totes to hoses, pipes, pumps, and other equipment with our wide selection of adapters and fittings. We stock both NPS and BSP thread types.
- ▸Threaded Adapters— Convert between NPS and BSP threads or step down from 2" to 3/4" for garden hose connections.
- ▸Hose Barbs— Barbed connectors for flexible tubing in 1/2", 3/4", 1", and 2" sizes. Polypropylene and stainless steel.

- ▸EPDM Gaskets— General purpose, excellent for water, mild chemicals, and food-grade applications. Temperature range: -40°F to 250°F.
- ▸PTFE (Teflon) Gaskets— Superior chemical resistance for aggressive solvents, acids, and caustics. FDA compliant for food-grade use.
- ▸Buna-N (Nitrile) Gaskets— Best for petroleum-based products, oils, and fuels. Resists swelling and degradation from hydrocarbons.
