No strict minimums for local pickup purchases — we are happy to sell even a single tote. For shipped orders, we recommend a minimum of 4 totes to make freight costs economical. For selling and recycling pickups, we typically work with quantities of 10+ totes to optimize logistics costs.

For the fastest turnaround, include: the number of totes needed, your intended contents (food, chemical, water, etc.), whether food-grade certification is required, your delivery zip code, preferred delivery date, tote size preference (275-gallon or 330-gallon), and any valve or gasket requirements. If you are selling totes, include the quantity, approximate condition, previous contents, and your pickup zip code. The more specific your inquiry, the more accurate our quote will be on the first pass.

Yes. Many of our customers set up quarterly or monthly standing orders with pre-negotiated pricing and scheduled delivery dates. Standing orders guarantee inventory availability and lock in pricing for the term of the agreement (typically 6 or 12 months). This is especially popular with food manufacturers and chemical distributors who have predictable, ongoing container needs. Contact us to discuss a standing order that fits your consumption pattern.

We accept ACH bank transfers, wire transfers, company checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). First-time orders are typically prepaid or paid by credit card at the time of order. After establishing a relationship (usually 2-3 orders), we offer Net 15 and Net 30 terms based on a standard credit review. We do not charge credit card processing surcharges.

Our pre-shipment inspection process catches the vast majority of quality issues, but if a tote arrives that does not match the condition grade specified in your quote, we resolve it immediately. You can choose a replacement tote shipped at our expense or a full refund for the affected unit. Simply email your account manager with photos of the issue, and we will initiate the resolution within one business day. We stand behind every tote we sell.
